  Our own range of mechanical seals are directly interchangeable with John Crane, Flexibox, Chesterton, AES, Latty, Burgman, Sterling and others. They offer good savings with superior quality. We can also supply the above brands at very competitive prices.
• Gland Packings
  Full Range of non-asbestos packings stocked. Particularly successful is our own brand AX6500 high duty exfoliated graphite packing with carbon fibre. High temperature / high pressure / high shaft speed. Also available with Inconel wire re-enforcement for valve applications.
• Cut Gaskets
  Full range of asbestos-free materials available including ptfe, pure graphite, Kevlar. Gasket cutting service, either to sample or drawing. Stocks held by arrangement.
• Hydraulic Seals
  Hydraulic seals made to measure. Specials are accommodated. Equivalents to Chesterton, Dowty, Seal Jet, Polypac etc. We also have a large stock of off the shelf seals available.
   

Cylinder Breakdown?

Many OEM machine manufacturers often have long lead times for seal repair kits. Not only this but they can also be very expensive. At Apex we offer seal kits for your plant breakdowns at a fraction of the cost of OEM suppliers. We can offer alternatives to brands like Edbro, Liebherr, Komatsu, MacGregor, Vickers and Parker.
