Deck Crane Hydraulic Cylinder
The OHT Hawk is a heavy transportation vessel capable of carrying 25-30 MT/m2
The hydraulic luffing cylinder on the deck crane was scheduled for replacement and Apex were chosen to manufacture the 300mm Bore x 200mm Rod x 3500mm Stroke DNV specification hydraulic cylinder.
As with any ocean bound vessel timing and speed of manufacture were an important issue and Apex were happy to take on the challenge.
