Rod / Piston Corrosion
Rod and piston corrosion is one of the major causes of cylinder failure within the offshore oil industry. This problem not only causes cylinder failure, but can also cause system contamination which leads to costly failure of other components.
Following collaboration with OEMs and end users, we have developed a new range of piston coating solutions which significantly improve cylinder durability.
Our extensive selection of piston coating solutions is achieving excellent field results in prolonging piston life and the prevention of corrosion. Our tailor made solutions are matched exactly to the cylinder’s environment and application and are worked around each individual customer’s budget.

Cylinder Testing
Every cylinder we manufacture or repair is rigorously tested
by our experienced hydraulics engineering team.
We are able to test on any fluid and provide you with a certificate of oil cleanliness with every cylinder test certificate.
